Dosage:

1 dose = 1 scoop. Mix 1 - 3 scoops in 250 - 400 ml of cold water / vegetable milk and take 1 - 3 times a day between meals. We recommend taking 1 dose immediately in the morning on an empty stomach, 1 - 2 doses within 20 minutes after your workout.
