ISO-XP

ISO-XP is a high protein drink with sweeteners, it contains the purest and highest quality Whey Protein Isolate with only 0.1g of lactose per 25g. ISO-XP is made from extremely fresh, sweet dairy whey that is isolated and then spray dried. ISO-XP contains no soy and instead uses sunflower lecithin as an emulsifier. Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (25 g) in 250 ml of cold water or low-fat milk and stir well. Take 1 to 3 times daily depending on protein replenishment needs. ISO-XP is quickly absorbed, so the optimal times to take it are when the body needs a quick supply of protein. This means immediately upon waking before breakfast and immediately after exercise.
