Ingredients: whey protein concentrate (contains soy lecithin, milk (lactose)), hydrolyzed whey protein, whey protein isolate ISO-XP (contains milk, polydextrose, flavorings, resistant dextrin, natural colors(beetroot powder),sweeteners (sucralose).

Dosage:

Mix 2 scoops (30 g) in 250-350 ml of cold water or low-fat milk and mix well. Consume immediately after training or during the day when not training. We recommend taking multiple times throughout the day to supplement your intake of quality protein.
