Dosage:

Mix 1 serving (28 g = 1 aligned scoop = 2 heaped tablespoons) of the product with 250 ml of cold water. On training days, take at least 2 doses, 1 dose within 45 minutes after training and 1 dose between main meals. When not training, take 1 dose in the morning and 1 dose in the afternoon. For best solubility, use a blender or shaker.
