Dosage 
1 serving = 4 cps
Take 4 cps daily preferably 2 cps in the morning with a meal and 2 cps in the evening with a meal. You can increase the dose to 8 cps per day but only for experienced users. After 1 - 3 months of use, take a break for a month.
