BCAA 4:1:1 POWDER - Instant mixture of essential amino acids with a branched chain (BCAA), enriched with the amino acid L-glutamine. BCAA is one of the nine essential amino acids that the human body cannot create, and their presence in the body must be ensured by the diet. Dosage: mix a dose of 10 g (approx. ½ measuring cup) in 200 ml of water 15 minutes before physical performance and immediately after the end of training. The drink can also be drunk during physical activity. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 ºC and consume within 3 months.
