MONSTER PAK contains, among other things, a B vitamin complex and vitamin C (from rose hips), plus life-essential minerals such as selenium and zinc. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood.٭

Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune and nervous systems, as well as to the suppression of exhaustion and feelings of fatigue.In addition, it helps maintain normal immune system function during and after intense training (this positive effect can be achieved by taking plus 200 mg of vitamin C above the recommended daily dose!)٭

MONSTER PAK also contains a blend of medicinal herbs, as well as digestive enzymes. A full-spectrum amino acid complex , providing essential amino acids (within them branched-chain amino acids). The essential ingredient for the formation of Nitric Oxide (NO), l-arginine, is also included in our formula.

Dosage:

Daily dose is two whole sachets, 1 A and 1 B. Take pouch A with the amino tablets in the morning or before training, and take pouch B with the capsule containing fish oil after training or in the evening.
