Blackfriars Flapjack is an oatmeal bar that will fill you up, one pack has a whole 110 g! Blackfriars Flapjack bars are suitable as a quick healthy snack, for athletes to provide gradually released energy or to fill in the gaps between meals.

Blackfriars Flapjack are a source of B vitamins that reduce stress, are beneficial for skin, hair and help to lower cholesterol. Oatmeal, which forms the base ingredient, is very rich in fiber. The latter promotes proper digestion, stabilises blood sugar levels and supports the ability of white blood cells to destroy harmful bacteria.
