caffeine 25 mg / 200 mg
glucuronolactone 12.5 mg / 100 mg
inositol 12.5 mg / 100 mg

Dosage:

Take 2 cps in the morning on an empty stomach on an empty stomach and 2 cps on an empty stomach on an empty stomach or 15 - 30 minutes prior to training. Be sure to wash down each dose with plenty of fluids, you can also use a little juice to wash it down especially before your workout.
