Mr. Popper's® RiceMash® is an extruded instant rice flour for quick preparation of tasty porridge. It is also an exceptional ingredient for making muffins, sandwiches, pastries and cakes. It is also excellent as a quick thickener for soups and sauces. White rice flour is naturally rich in carbohydrates and contains only a minimal amount of fat.

Dosage: Mix 2 scoops (50 g) with 250 - 350 ml of hot water or milk. Mix well with a whisk or spoon until you get a porridge consistency. The resulting porridge can be sweetened with a little honey and garnished with fruit or nuts. The ratio of ingredients can be varied according to your needs.

Allergens: May contain traces of milk, egg, soy, gluten, sesame, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts and peanuts. Not suitable for celiacs.
