MyProtein Weight Gainer Blend is a high quality high calorie gainer with gradual energy release. It is designed for athletes who want to increase their caloric intake, promote muscle growth, prevent catabolism and speed up post-workout recovery. The new version contains up to 30 g per serving of fast and slow absorbing protein from high quality whey concentrate and milk concentrate. This makes it an ideal supplement to speed up post-workout recovery but also for continuous protein replenishment throughout the day. Weight Gainer Blend also provides up to 46 g of high quality carbohydrates from oat flour and maltodextrin, which gradually release energy, providing ideal conditions for muscle growth.

Composition:
Milled oats (63%), protein blend (28%) (whey concentrate [milk], milk protein concentrate) [contains emulsifier (soya lecithin, sunflower lecithin)], maltodextrin 5%, reduced fat cocoa powder, flavour, sweetener (sucralose).
Allergens:
Contains gluten-containing cereals, soy beans, milk or milk products.

Dosage: Dissolve 1 serving (both 3 and 1/3 scoops = 100 g) in 500 to 1000 ml of cold water or milk and consume 1-2 times daily. Ideal in the morning, 30 minutes before and after training.
