Dosage:
Take 2 cps (1 serving) with 250 ml of water 2 times daily, 15 to 30 minutes before meals. On days when you exercise, take 1 dose before exercise with 250 - 300 ml of water. Do not take more than 2 capsules in a 4-hour period or 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. Take no later than 5 hours before you plan to sleep. Do not take longer than 8 weeks.
