Liquid BCAA

Liquid BCAAs are branched chain amino acids in a highly bioavailable liquid form in a 2:1:1 ratio (leucine:isoleucine:valine). Liquid BCAAs use liquid technology to achieve faster absorption. They contain more than just the basics. They have extra servings of valuable amino acids such as L-Ornithine, L-Arginine AKG and L-Lysine. In addition, they contain precious vitamins B6 and B12, which contribute to proper metabolism important for energy production and to reduce fatigue and tiredness. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism.

Dosage. It is recommended to take one dose before training and one dose after training. On non-training days, take 2x1 dose between meals.
