The perfect balance of the various omega fatty acids in Real Pharma Omega 3-6-9 has been achieved by combining fish oil, flaxseed oil and borage oil. Omega 3-6-9 are unsaturated fatty acids and specifically alpha linolenic, docosahexaenoic, eicosapentaenoic (omega-3), gamma linolenic (omega-6) and oleic (omega-9) acids.

Fish oil, including:     72 mg

Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)    48 mg

Sunflower oil incl:            290 mg

15% oleic acid (OA)                 43.5 mg

50% linoleic acid (LA)                145 mg

Leaf oil incl:                        300 mg

50% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) 150 mg

12% linoleic acid (LA)         

Fish oil (18% ERA, 12% DNA), flaxseed oil, blueberry oil, capsule and gel (gelatin, glycerin, water).

Dosage:
Take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with meals.
