Dosage:

Mix 1 scoop in 250 - 350 ml of well water and take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before your workout. For beginners, it is advisable to start with 1/2 scoop. Take only on the day of your workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage within 24 hours!
