Daily intake of 3g of creatine enhances physical performance during strength training. Dosage:

Mix 1 serving = 2 1/2 scoops in 400 - 600 ml of cold water or milk and take immediately after your workout. You can divide the dose into two smaller ones, one to take as a snack and the other immediately after your workout.
